Father-Teen Conflict Resolution Programme

This workshop aims to help fathers become aware of conflict triggers and understand some key perspectives of conflict. They will learn to focus on positive attributes and use effective conflict management strategies in father-teen conflict relationships.

Fathers will also be introduced to the Conflict Style Preference Inventory (COSPI), developed by Dr John Ng, Vice Chairman of EMCC, which provides them with a personal profile of their preferred conflict style during conflict situations.

Target Participants

Fathers of children – 10 years and above who are in Primary and Secondary Schools.

This 4-hour workshop comprises interactive discussions, activities with object lessons and experiential demonstrations, with a brief introduction into using the COSPI diagnostic tool for better conflict management.

The workshops will be conducted by a team of dedicated trainers, each experienced in their own field of profession and passionate about playing significant roles in parenting.
