FREE TALK: About Suicide: How to Increase Your Daily D.O.S.E of Happiness?

As Singaporeans, we’re likely facing one or more of these struggles each day: overwhelming expectations from our family (or ourselves), tiring demands from work, and worries about “money not enough”. Amidst these concerns, how can we get a good D.O.S.E of happiness to get through the day?

Join us for this lunchtime talk to learn more about D.O.S.E and how to avoid negative thoughts by expanding your brain elasticity. Hear from our counsellor’s personal experiences and learn ways to hopefully prevent suicide from occurring.

“About Suicide: How to Increase Your Daily D.O.S.E of Happiness?” is part of a series of two complimentary lunchtime talks offered by EMCC’s counsellors for Suicide Prevention Month (September). Through these talks, we hope to shed light on those in our community who are in a dark place, and support those around them who wish to help.

This is an online event held via Zoom. The Zoom details will be sent to you after we’ve received your registration form.

This talk is free. However, to keep the sharing space safe, we will need all participants to be registered.
