Our Service Assurance

To ensure our clients benefit from counselling, EMCC has integrated Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) into our counselling practice since 2013.  FIT is a transtheoretical, evidence-based approach to monitor effectiveness of counselling by using measures to actively solicit clients’ feedback on the progress and quality of the therapeutic relationship.
