We’re excited share a special event that’s part of EMCC’s efforts to promote mental health awareness and support! As we prepare to launch our “It’s Not You” digital advocacy campaign, which seeks to challenge societal perceptions of mental health, we are kicking things off with “Pretty Mental,” a panel discussion bringing together some of Singapore’s leading voices in mental wellness.
Event Details:
📅 Date: Sunday, 15 September 2024
🕒 Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

This isn’t just another talk – Pretty Mental is about getting real with mental health. Together with our panellists, we’ll explore what mental health truly means, how to support each other, and ways to overcome stigma. Most importantly, we hope to create a supportive community in Singapore where it’s okay not to be okay.
The atmosphere will be relaxed, with plenty of opportunities to connect over good food and fun activities. Whether you’re curious about mental wellness or passionate about making a difference, this is your space to learn, share, and grow.
