Senior Executive, Human Resource and Corporate Services (1 position)

About The Role

This role is part of the Corporate Services team and reports to the Executive Director.

Duties and Responsibilities


1. Undertake full HR functions including:

  • processing payroll, employee benefits, making related statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS)
  • recruitment, selection, on-boarding and exit processes
  • admin support for training and development and performance management
  • preparing reports for the Board
  • assisting the Executive Director in the review and formulation of staff policy

 

  1. Assist in the preparation of the manpower budget and tracking of fund usage
  2. Review state of IT and office equipment and plan for replacements
  3. Provide administrative support to the ED in the implementation of the organisation’s corporate compliance requirements
  4. Provide administrative support to the ED in the documentation and filing of the organisation’s policy documents
  5. Co-ordinate and prepare documents for ITQ and ITT submissions

Candidate Requirements

Technical Competencies:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in payroll administration
  • Be familiar with current laws and regulations
  • Be fully computer-literate with a thorough knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to compile reports
  • Good working knowledge of Finance
  • Possess excellent administration skills with attention to detail

 

Core Competencies:

  • Good command of English
  • Strong communications skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented
  • Be reliable and responsible
  • Possess integrity
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision

 

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

  • Diploma or degree in HR-related studies
  • Experience in corporate governance would be an advantage

EMCC is looking for an outstanding professional to join its Counselling team.

About the Role

The positions report to the Head of Counselling. You will be part of a team to provide clinical interventions to individuals, couples and families on a range of presenting issues such as anxiety, chronic stress, depression and marital conflict. You will also work with the team to develop training content and conduct talks to promote good mental wellness.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology
  • SAC registered with at least 3 years of clinical experience
  • Certification in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and/or Systemic Therapy
  • Certification in EMDR (or other Trauma related interventions) will be advantageous
  • Certification and experience in Play Therapy or Expressive Therapies with children would be advantageous
  • Experience in conducting talks and workshops
  • Experience working with different nationalities and cultures would be advantageous
