EMCC is one of the few agencies with expertise to be a one-stop centre for relational restoration and wellness. We provide both mediation and psycho-therapy as a holistic and integrated approach to addressing relational disputes or difficulties.

EMCC is a full member of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS) and an approved Institute of Public Character (IPC).



Reports to the Head of Counselling Services.

The incumbent is to provide direct service in counselling and training, to coordinate and assist in the implementation of core and support programmes of the counselling services.


  • Be part of the team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation and delivery of counselling services according to the principles and aims of the organization.
  • Ability to provide competent and professional clinical work to all clients; individuals, couples and families, adhering to SAC’s professional guidelines.
  • Able to work on evenings and Saturdays.
  • Help develop and deliver content for talks/workshops and counselling related articles for online and print publication
  • Willingness to operate within a culture of feedback (FIT) within the clinical setting
  • Participate in professional development networks and associations to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to strategy, business plans and policies and participate in new business developments to expand programmes and services in response to the needs of the community and the goals of the agency.
  • Ensure accuracy of data collection for evaluation, monitoring and research purposes.



  • Master in Counselling or its equivalent
  • Must be effectively bilingual.
  • Have at least 5 years of post-qualifying experience
  • Accreditation in a counselling modality (eg Gottman), will be an advantage.
