A/Prof (Dr) Kenny Tan is the Chairman of the Board at Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre Ltd (EMCC) since 2012 and was previously a Board member, followed by Vice-Chairman, from 2009 to 2011.
He is also the CEO of St Luke’s ElderCare Ltd (SLEC), an Adjunct lecturer for the Master of Science in Applied Gerontology programme at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University, and an Associate Professor in the Health and Social Sciences Cluster at the Singapore Institute of Technology. He is also a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (Singapore) since 2022.
He was awarded the Healthcare Humanity Award in 2017 and The Public Service Medal (COVID-19) in 2023.
He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from National University of Singapore, a Master of Education (Leadership, Policy, Change) and Master of Counselling from Monash University, Australia. He was nominated by the Agency for Integrated Care to attend the Harvard Leadership Programme – Strategic Perspectives for Non-Profit Management as a representative of the Community Care sector in Singapore.
Melvin Tan is the Vice-Chairman of the Board at Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre Ltd (EMCC) since 2018 and was previously a Board member from 2014 to 2018.
He is also the Chief Communications Officer at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Chief Communications Officer (Capability & Professional Development) at SingHealth and Director, Group Development at SingHealth. He serves as a School Advisory Committee Member in the School of Humanities & Social Sciences at Temasek Polytechnic, and a Council Member of Club Rainbow Singapore.
He holds a Master of Science in Communication Management from the Singapore Management University.
Cindy Koh is the Treasurer of the Board at Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre Ltd (EMCC) since 2024 and served in various roles on the Board from 2014 to 2024.
She is also the Secretary at FaithActs, a registered charity and has served in different capacities since the founding of the community care service.
She is the business owner of The Write Stuff Pte Ltd.
She is also an Associate of Living Streams Therapy, Training and Consultancy LLP, social enterprise set up with the mission to build professional capability of mental health, healthcare and social service providers in Singapore.
Cindy is a qualified HeartSync Minister; presently the only in Singapore. HeartSync is a heart healing model, suitable for wide ranging clients and diversity of issues.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from National University of Singapore and Master in Counselling from Monash University, Australia.
Jenny Bong is the Secretary of the Board at Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre Ltd (EMCC) since 2024 and was appointed as a Board Member in 2023.
She is also a member of the Continuing Professional Education Committee in the Department of Social Work at the National University of Singapore, SingHealth Community Hospitals Medifund Committee, and Dover Park Hospice Medifund Committee.
She was awarded the Social Service Fellowship Award in 2017, 2020, and 2023, and the Minister for Health Award in 2019.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Singapore, a Post Graduate Diploma in “A systems Approach to Marital and Family Counselling”, and a Master of Social Science (Counselling) from University of South Australia.
Benny Ong is the Honorary Assistant Treasurer of the Board at Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre Ltd (EMCC) since 2020 and was previously a Board member from 2008 to 2019.
He is also the founder of Life Planning Associates Pte Ltd.
Benny speaks about personal and business financial planning regularly at financial institutions, non-profit organisations, churches, and business schools in Singapore and in various cities in Asia.
Donna Cheng is a Member of the Board at Eagles Mediation & Counselling Centre Ltd (EMCC) since 2014 and was previously the Treasurer from 2018 to 2024.
She is also Senior Director of Strategic Communications at The Majurity Trust.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Monash University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in SpecificLearning Differences from London Metropolitan University.
